Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Rachelle's Better Bookkeeping

Candidate must have at least 5 years bookkeeping experience and be proficient with using Sage Accounting Software, Excel and Word products. You must be able to work independently.

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.25-$18.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
All clients are required to wear a mask and all work surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Experience:

  • Sage Software: 5 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Answering and routing phone calls

Financial Duties:

  • Processing expense reports
  • Processing payments
  • Billing
  • Payroll

Work remotely:

  • No
