Executive Office Assistant

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team with better than average interpersonal and organizational skills.

The candidate will be covering a maternity leave however we are looking for a longer term position to help build our business.

We are a family business with close relationships and we require the applicant to have good communication skills and the ability to be proactive. There will be freedom to grow and be part of an excellent growing business in our community. Are you the right person to join our family busy?

Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Google Chrome and Gmail are an asset. Customer service experience is an asset. Tax return preparation also an asset.
A Police clearance may be requested.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay


  • On-site parking


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly. Several clients interact virtually at this time.

  • Stocking supplies
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Managing social media
  • Greeting visitors

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
