Seeking to fill a temporary, fulltime position in which the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience with PcLaw Accounting software.

Duties would include updating the current accounts receivable and accounts payable process, which consists of preparing bank deposits, data entry of vendor invoices, and preparation of progress billings. Preparation and filing of all government remittances is also to be expected.

Must be proficient with PcLaw and able to work independently.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
• PcLaw: 5 years (Preferred)
• General Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:
